Shipping and Order Questions
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most products are made to order - we will aim to process and produce your order within 7 to 10 business days. Once the product is complete, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing my take up to 14 business days and you will receive an email to notify if there are any delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number (via email). All orders will ship from Georgia.
Domestic orders take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. We cannot take responsibility for USPS or UPS delays. If you need a premier service, you can upgrade your shipping method and the transit time will be 2 business days or less (in most cases).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, unfortunately we do not.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the products were damaged upon receipt of the item(s).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You have 7 days upon receipt of the item to initiate a return request of a damaged item.
If your order qualifies for a return, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment as soon as we receive the returned item(s). The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Feel free to reach out to us with your return request at email@example.com and we'll help you get that processed if it qualifies.
