Shipping and Order Questions
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most products are made to order - we will aim to process and produce your order within 4 to 5 business days. Once the product is complete, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing my take up to 14 business days and you will receive an email to notify if there are any delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number (via email). All orders will ship from Georgia.
Domestic orders take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. We cannot take responsibility for USPS delays. If you need a premier service, you can upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail and the transit time will be 2 business days or less (in most cases).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, unfortunately we do not.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We're sorry to hear you want to return a Sukhino Designs Product. Depending upon the product ordered, we can help you process that return as soon as possible. Unused/ undamaged orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Unfortunately, used or custom items may not be returned.
If your order qualifies, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment as soon as we receive the returned item(s). Feel free to reach out to us with your return request at email@example.com and we'll help you get that processed if it qualifies.
